ISWI 2025 will focus on the topic of ‘Sharing Power, Giving Opportunities and Enabling Participation’ and the responsibility of dealing with those.

Group Work

During the group work you’ll explore our topic from certain aspects with people from all around the world. Group work is the heart of ISWI. We offer 15 working groups, each dealing with a certain aspect of the main topic of “Sharing Power, Giving Opportunities and Enabling Participation”. There are thematic groups and art groups. You have choice to select one.

Cultural Program

ISWI has a rich cultural program to foster intercultural understanding and friendships! You’ll get to know each other and will have a lot fun at our cultural events, including the Open Air Concert, the World Food Festival and the Intercultural Carnival.

Highlights of the Week

Keynotes & Panel Discussions

During the Week we will offer several keynotes and panel discussion that focus on different aspects of the topic of “Sharing Power, Giving Opportunities and Enabling Participation”. The speakers and panelists will be announced before the conference. This will help you to discuss and understand on various global hot topics of the current trends

World Food Festival

An exciting journey through world’s cultures with plenty of tasty delicacies, traditional songs and dances – this is the World Food Festival. Meet interesting people from all over the world and dive deep into the culture of other countries. The ISWI World Food Festival invites you to present your country through regional outfits, pictures, traditional dishes, recipes, national music, dances etc. Visual, musical, and culinary impressions will merge together to create a unique experience.

Open-Air Concert

“Without music, life would be a mistake,” said Nietzsche around 150 years ago. We want to fill the ISWI 2025 with life and use music as a language that everyone in the world speaks. Experiencing a concert together connects people and enables them to exchange ideas in an informal atmosphere, even across language barriers. It is intended to provide a stage for committed musicians who can identify with the values and message of international understanding and tolerance.
