Become a host during the International Student Week in Ilmenau and help us accommodate 300 students from over 94 countries during ISWI 2025.
Whether you live in a student dormitory, a shared flat with ten people, alone in your own home, or with your partner – anyone can host during ISWI 2025.
All you need to provide is a place to sleep and a small breakfast for 10 days, from June 12th to 21st, for one or more ISWI participants.
The sleeping place can be a bed, a sleeping bag, or even a couch.
By becoming a host:
You’ll have the chance to build lasting friendships across borders.
You’ll gain valuable intercultural experience.
You might even get to practice a language you’ve learned.
In return for offering a place to sleep, you’ll enjoy fun and meaningful conversations.
- Take part in numerous events together with your guests.
- Enjoy the free entrance throughout the week to the university clubs.
